Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls National Park – Zziwa rhino sanctuary – Top of the falls
After having your morning breakfast, you will be briefed by your tour guide and then begin your journey to the park. Have lunch in Masindi town and later continue your journey stopover at Zziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking. As of matter of fact, this activity can only be done at this sanctuary being the only conservation center with white Rhinos in Uganda. Afterwards, embark on your journey to Murchison falls National Park. Upon arrival, start with your first activity in the park which is a walk to the top of the falls. Here, enjoy aerial views of the thunderous waterfalls as you take pictures and videos for remembrance. Later, head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 : Game drive – Boat cruise
After an early morning breakfast, start off your morning game drive through the park. During this game drive, you will have the best chances of sighting herbivorous game such as elephants, giraffes, different kinds of antelopes, buffaloes grazing in the vast savannah plains at their most active hours. In addition, watch out for carnivorous animals such as lions, leopards, spotted hyenas, etc hunting their day’s meal during these same hours. After, head to the dock, enjoy your packed lunch as you wait for the fun-filled boat cruise. During this activity, enjoy the most admired views of the falls from the bottom while you look out for hippos, crocodiles and wild birds such as the gray crowned cranes, goliath herons, shoebill, red throated bee eaters etc.
Day 3 : Transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe
